Halloween hair made easy

Hey guys! We’re so excited to start showing you how to make these adorable and effortless hair accessories! Wear them in your hair with any style for an effortless Halloween look, casual, or with a costume!

Super cool craft #1:  Glowing bats! Wear these fun glow-in-the dark bat accessories! To start; go online and visit Anisha-123.blogspot.com and click on “Cre8 your own”. Follow the instructions on drawing a bat with the link provided, and draw a bat (or bats) on 1 large sheet of glow-in-the-dark craft foam (available at craft stores) with a black permanent marker. Each bat should be about the size of your middle finger and pointer finger together. Cut the bats out, and add glitter or any accessories like stick-on rhinestones to your bat(s). Use craft glue to stick the bat(s) onto bobby pin(s). Let dry, and enjoy! Make many of them to give as party favors at a Halloween party!

 

Super cool craft #2:   Sequin spiders! These shimmery spider hair ties will add a pop in your Halloween costume or outfit! To start, go online and visit Anisha-123.blogspot.com and click on “Cre8 your own”. Follow the instructions on drawing a bat with the link provided, and draw a spider on a sheet of craft foam with a black permanent marker. Each spider should be about the size of your middle finger and pointer finger together. Cut the bats out, and smear thick craft glue on one side. Cover the craft glue with sequins of any color you’d like. Let dry. After drying, place about two drops of craft glue on the back and stick to a scrunchie. Let dry. Now, you can enjoy a cool spider-shaped glitter scrunchie! Make many of them to give as party favors at a Halloween party!

Teeny twists!

A really popular hairstyle this fall is the Side twists! This adorable hairstyle is easy to make and features fun and flair! Here's how to make it:

1. Take a small section from the front side of your hair.
2. Twist hair and lay on head in a straight line. Bobby pin in place.
3. Repeat on other side of head.
4. Ta-da you're done!

5 step Classic french braiding for fall!!

Here's how you make a classic french braid for fall in 5 steps!

1. Prep your hair. We recommend working with dry hair, but you can work with wet hair.  With wet hair, hair will be in pretty waves after the braid, when you remove it. Brush your hair and free it from all tangles. Get your hair ready to be smooth and silky.  
2. Section your hair. Take a large chunk of hair from the top section of your head. It should be 3-4 in. wide and it should come from the same row of hair.
3. Separate the section into 3 strands. Run your fingers through the section you just made and separate it evenly.
4. Start braiding. Braid your hair like you normally would and start from the top. As you go  down, take hair from the bottom and braid it into the braid. 
5. Finish off your braid at the end by tying an elastic. Secure strands of hair popping out by spraying some water in a misting bottle into your hair. Secure large strands popping out with bobby pins. Create your own variations by turning the french braid into a bun or a ponytail. Enjoy!

Hair extensions are a great way to add personal style to your hair! Simply snap em' into your hair and add them into your favorite style! Here are two  hair extension styles to do:

Splash of color braids:
Braid your hair normally, do a regular braid, french braid, or fishtail. Include your hair extensions for a splash of color in your hairstyle!

Splash of color bun:
Read instructions on chic bun and include hair extensions. A splash of color in your bun!

Super easy and fancy bun- Chic bun!

The chic bun is a gorgeous braided bun you will LOVE!!! This bun features a braided holder instead of your rubber band and is a fancy and gorgeous and the EASIEST bun style ever! Let's get started!

1. Start by misting your hair with a detangler hair spray or water in a misting bottle. Brush hair with a wire wig brush.
2. Gather all your hair into a high ponytail. Leave a little bit of hair out of the ponytail. Tie in place with an elastic.
3. Twist the ponytail slightly and sparingly spritz hair with water to keep shorter ends of hair from popping out.
4. Wrap the twisted ponytail around the elastic to form a doughnut-like shape.
5. Tuck end of twisted ponytail into the elastic and secure in place with a bobby pin.
6. Braid excess hair and wrap around the elastic. Secure with a bobby pin.
7. Ta-da! A fancy bun style for any occasion!
